Dr. Robert Martin NYSCA Insurance Committee Co-Chair Dr. Robert Martin is a NYSCA Member in District 9. He is currently serving as a Region 3 Director and is chair of the NYSCA insurance committee.  He is also a New York Representative to the ChiroCongress Medicare Advisory group.  Dr. Martin is a staunch advocate for the profession and dedicates countless hours to the NYSCA membership in assisting them to navigate insurance challenges and providing instruction and direction.
