High Court Upholds Health Reform Law; Declares Exchanges Are Within Statute

Yesterday, the U.S. Supreme Court announced it was upholding a key provision found in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) that would allow subsidies to consumers purchasing health insurance in states where the insurance exchange marketplace is operated by the federal government.
