NYSCA Virtual Membership Meeting

 This meeting has been moved to an earlier date due to big changes in Workers' Comp that take effect this summer. A number of vital topics will be addressed:

• Representatives from Carisk Partners, Inc. will be speaking to us on how easy it is to use/ navigate the website.   
• We will also discuss the Medicare Modernization Act.
• We will touch upon the full implementation of the Medical portal (All 3 phases at that point).
• Timelines for submitting a prior authorization request
• The 2% sequestration roll out.
• Upcoming NYSCA initiatives, including mini-conventions, a Workers' Comp bootcamp, and a Financial Wellness Program. 

We will also take time to consider questions, issues, or concerns from attendees that have been submitted prior to the meeting. Instructions on how to submit questions to be considered at the meeting will be included in your registration confirmation.

NYSCA virtual membership meetings are facilitated by two of our Regional Directors, with NYSCA officers also in attendance. This meeting will provide timely information for your practice. Please join us!

Schedule: At this time we anticipate holding meetings on the first Wednesday of each quarter - March, June, September, and December.
